Apartments with balconies are on the second and third floors and face the parking lot.
Back side apartments are on the second and third floor, facing the back side of the property.
First
floor apartments are seven steps below the entrance door. Leases for students at PSU are paid in nine
equal payments on the first day of the months of June through February. If you receive financial aid dispersments in
September and February you can pay yourself back for the payments made during the summer. Alternately, one payment is made in June, four payments in Spetember with the first semester financial aid
dispersement and four in February with the dispersement from the second semester. Seasonal leases (school year) must be completely paid by February first unless
arrangements are agreed to by our community manager.
